Lasagna with truffle cream and fondue for 6 people

 Truffle cream
 1 l Milk
 50 g Butter
 1 Nutmeg powder
 75 g grated Pecorino
 250 g Fresh Lasagna
 40 g Flour
 250 g normal or buffalo mozzarella
 150 g Fondue
  tsp Philadelphia

Cook the bechamel: Melt the butter over medium heat and then, if it is not clarified, wait for the bubbles to reduce and that is for the water to evaporate. The flour is added all at once and mixed quickly with a hand whisk. Stir until the mixture becomes liquid and without lumps. This is the time when you need to be more careful. Add the cold milk to the béchamel. Cook everything, stirring until it reaches a fairly thick consistency. Then lower the heat to low and cover for five minutes. When cooked, add a pinch of salt and nutmeg.

Prepare the "sauce": Melt the fondue in a saucepan over high heat, gradually adding the truffle cream and then 2 or 3 (just enough) tablespoons of philadelphia to sweeten the mixture.

Add 150 g of normal mozzarella or better if buffalo mozzarella and 25 g of pecorino, taking care to cover the entire surface of the pan.

Once the preparation of the pan is finished, bake in a preheated static oven at 200 ° for about 20-30 minutes (or in a convection oven at 180 ° for 25 minutes): the lasagna will be ready when you see a light golden crust on the surface. Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving and enjoying your truffle lasagna.
